Hey y’all, I’m Christy

I believe great photography captures the moments you wished time would allow to stand still. The day you say “I do,” the year you graduate, the time when 4 generations gather to celebrate a special occasion together.

It’s my honor to help you capture the moments you want to remember forever. I'm relaxed and approachable, and I make your session an experience filled with laughter and fun. I am committed to getting to know you and your story. We all have stories to tell, and I want to hear yours.

My two favorite seasons are summer and Tarheel basketball. I love to sit by the ocean and be outside in the sunshine, I have a fear of frogs and I probably drink too much Diet Coke. I love Jesus and I am perfectly imperfect.

In July 2017, I went on a mission trip to the southwest corner of Haiti for the first time, where I fell in love…with love. That probably sounds crazy, right? Well, maybe so, and I'm sure I couldn't explain it enough with words to give it justice, so I'll just say that I know my work there is not done.

I didn't go there with any intention of changing people or saving a nation; rather, I went because God gave me a nursing background and a caring heart. I went to Haiti to love on people and help them medically. My experience there, as cliche as it sounds, changed my life forever.

Their stories have changed those of my own.

And I could not be more grateful.
